Guided by Cherie Storm, we maintain an experienced team of accredited licensed professionals to successfully fulfill every one of your expectations. We use this expertise to excite our client by using the highest level of design and documentation to maintain a stringent construction schedule and budget.
The Team
Cherie Storm,
Principal Designer
Cherie’s lifelong passion for the arts and architecture prompted her to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from East Carolina University early in her career. After becomming a licensed interior designer, Cherie furthered her education by acquiring her Master‘s Degree in Architecture from North Carolina State University. While in graduate school, she caught the eye of Poss Architecture Planning and Interior Design, which subsequently relocated her to Aspen, Colorado to become their senior interior designer for resort, commercial and high-end residential projects. After two years with Poss, Cherie opened her first business, Storm Designs, in 2009. Her goal is to provide clients with designsclosely tailored to their individual lifestyle and needs. Cherie has completed projects in Aspen, Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Invemere, Canada. Cherie was also featured in many publications - most notably Barabara Sallick’s ‘The Perfect Bath’, and was also accepted as a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers, the National Kitchen and Bath Association, as well as becoming an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. As an ardent traveler, Cherie aims to bring her experience from other cultures into her designs to create unique and personalized spaces.
William Storm VI,
Jr. Designer
From a young age, “Billy” began his love for 3D modeling and architecture in programs like Google Sketchup and Revit. His uniquely refined attention to detail within 2D and 3D spaces, has equipped him to draft and model for Storm Designs. Initially obtaining his degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Billy quickly returned to school to begin work on his masters in Architecture and Interior Design. Having a unique awareness of space Billy has a special affinity for creating interesting yet livable spaces for each client.
Zachary Storm,
Chief Financial Officer
Zac joined the Storm Designs team to concentrate the company on financial growth. After acquiring his Bachelor’s in Accounting Zac immediately returned and obtained his Masters in Accounting. Zac furthered his professional career by becoming a Certified Public Accountant and quickly applied those skills to Storm Designs. Having a deep love for property and real estate, Zac continues to work with Storm Designs to create memorable projects.
